The highlight of our week!
We completed the final jigsaw piece of our usability testing today when the engineering team successfully placed a VoIP call through to New Zealand from our enterprise level Gryphon 3G Wireless Router.
Following a period of extensive testing on the uplink/downlink speed of the Gryphon 3G Wireless Router, the engineers proceeded to test voice quality and lag for VoIP calls to ensure carrier grade call quality.
The next step was to place a call to Wellington, New Zealand.
The successful call between the two cities, Kuala Lumpur and Wellington, covering a distance of 8838 kilometres (5492 miles) was clear and without any lag in the audio stream. The VoIP call to our counterpart in Wellington lasted approximately ten minutes.
“The line was very clear throughout our entire conversation. It worked very well.” said Senior Vice President Murali Munagapati.
Now that’s putting it on the map for you!
